Customize you Bicycle at the Urban Outfitters Bike Shop

bikeshop

Ok, I love this. If you like colors and you just happen to also like bicycles, then this is the website for you. Some of you might be familiar with Urban Outfitters (If you’re not then look it up because it’s the S#!@).

You’re, probably wondering, “What the hell is this?” Well I’ll tell you. If you click here or down there on the word Link you’ll be taken to a website of wonders where you can design your own fixed bike; by design I actually meant color. With a $399 price tag, the price is awesome, especially for a custom product like this. I spent an hour playing around with this; designing the perfect bicycle. Sadly, I can’t imagine people actually riding them in Kuwait because we’re not a cycling country but who knows, maybe one of you can start a trend (we all know how “trendy” us Kuwaitis are).

The Best Video Clip I’ve Seen Post-90s

We all know how MTV was the shiznit in the early 90s. Back when satellite dishes first hit Kuwaiti homes. After the 90s video clips all started to get worse, I don’t know why though. But this video seriously blew my mind away. I know the song is a bit old, so bear with me but please tell me how amazing this video is. The song is I Poke Her Face — Kid Cudi Ft. Kanye West & Common.

Schumacher Is Back!

schumacher_682x400_856203a-1

Yes, after three years of quitting formula one. Michael Schumacher is going to be back on August 23 for the European Grand Prix in Valencia. He will be replacing Massa, who is currently injured due to his accident in Budapest. I can’t wait to see how Schumacher is going to do against Hamilton and the other new drivers. A lot has changed since 2005.

Ferrari 458 Italia

More power, more torque, better fuel economy, and a bigger engine than the F430. The Ferrari 458 is a beautiful car except for the triple exhaust, which I find not so attractive. Usually cars with two or four exhausts are separated according to the headers. I wonder how this distribution is going to go. Price is going to be around $150,000 (rsportscars.com), which should be less than 50,000 KD. But, I highly doubt it will be at that low price in Kuwait. Here are the engine specs:

Displacement cu in (cc): 4499 cc (274.5 cu in.)
Power bhp at RPM: 570 @ 9000 rpm
Torque lb-ft at RPM: 540 @ 6000 rpm
0-100 Km/h: Less than 3.4 seconds

Ninja Warrior on G4 Network!

I posted yesterday on how I miss Tekeshi’s Castle (الحصن), which they showed on Kuwait TV up until 2000 or so. A friend was showing me this show called ‘Ninja Warrior’ and its kind of like Tekeshi’s Castle except with professional athletes that are put on more difficult task. There are about 100 contestants that go through several stages and the last man/woman standing is nominated ‘ninja warrior’. The women and men go through different courses. You can find a lot of videos on YouTube.

Going Back To Cali

LAX at twilight, originally uploaded by STERLINGDAVISPHOTO.

I’m flying back to Los Angeles this afternoon, I should make it there in time for dinner if there are no delays. The first thing I’m going to do is pickup some In-N-Out then grab some Pinkberry, you gotta love LA.

The Day of BB Pin Bumper Stickers Has Finally Come

I got this picture from a friend that found this car on the streets somewhere. First it was phone numbers, then it was mathematical equations that led to a final result of a phone number, then it was emails, and finally it is Blackberry Pin numbers. I wonder what’s next. Can’t wait to see what people came up with when I’m back next week.

الحصن – The Best Game Show Of All Time

I’ll never forget this game show. I was looking around for ages until I found out it was called “Takeshi’s Castle”. Apparently, the show was translated in 21 different languages and was watched all over the world. It broadcasted from 1986 to 1989 and it featured the Japanese Actor Takeshi Kitano. For the people who don’t know, the point of the show was for 140 contestants to go through many challenges until they are eliminated. The last contestants get to the final round, try beating Takeshi in a final challenge and take over his castle. The prize for the winner was one million yen, equivalent to 8000 dollars.

Mercedes SLS Gullwing Spotted on the Ring

I posted the SLS Gullwing a couple of weeks ago. These shots were taken last week! Worldcarfans.com spotted the car being tested Nürburgring, Germany. The sides resemble the modern design of the Z8.
