2010 Shelby GT500

Finally the new Shelby GT500 has been unveiled at the NAIAS. From what I can see there has been trivial change to both the interior and exterior of the coupé, I see this as good because it dispenses a facelift without defacing the original body styling from the predecessor model. I was at the previous 2010 Mustang unveiled at the LA Auto Show and I would have loved to see the Shelby unveiling for myself. Stock engine is a 5.4L V8 supercharged monster that delivers 540 horsepower. Its a mean piece of American engineering, I can’t wait to get behind the wheel of one of these.

Blackberry Fever!

blackberry_fever

I’m noticing a huge Blackberry explosion in the Kuwaiti community, weather you got it from Zain or ordered it online everyone seems to be pushing a Blackberry! Does anyone have any knowledge weather other service providers besides Zain are going to offer the Blackberry internet service package? I’m getting a lot of questions on that issue, many are in a dilemma and considering switching to Zain just to use BBM.

Speaking of BBM, how many contacts do you have on your list?

25 years of brilliance

25 years ago, Steve Jobs brought Macintosh to this world. Here is a video introducing the first Mac at a conference in January 1984, in front of an audience of 3000 people.

Hilarious Cadbury Ad

I’m in a video mood today. Someone posted this video on my wall and I just had to share it.

I laugh my “bottom” whenever I watch this.

LOST Season 5

© abc networks

© abc networks

I’m not the same tv person I was a few years back but I still find my self watching this show and actually anticipating every single episode.

To me, Lost is one of those shows where you want to know what’s going to happen next. Of course, if your a Lost fan you’ll know what I’m talking about.

Season 5 just premiered on the 21st and I just watched the 2-part premiere which was…amazing. If your not one of us peoples that watch Lost, you should seriously consider getting the dvds from season 1 to 4 or something. It’s a show you just can’t miss.

To Los Angeles I shall go.

I’m flying back to Los Angeles tonight. I shall miss this country and all the madness in it.

I shall be back.

Sony Vaio P Series

This impressive new toy from Sony certainly seem interesting and ultra-portable. What can I tell you of the top of my head, 1.33GHz Intel Atom Processor, 8″ LED backlit 1600 x 768 display, Windows Vista, 2GB RAM, choice of 60GB HDD or 64/128 SSD, 1.4 lbs, GPS, integrated mobile broadband 3G, bluetooth, Motion Eye webcam & mic, x2 USB 2.0 ports, SD memory card slot, memory stick duo slot, up to 4 hours battery life, its definitely more practical than the UX series. This device is classified as a netbook and won’t replace your heavy duty notebook. It can’t manage to run heavy apps yet alone many at the same time, its also clear that it has graphical limitations. Its not everyday use but I think its perfect for people on the move and online work, the aim here is mobility not performance.

eBoy

A while back I ordered two posters (LA & Tokyo) from the eBoy website and I just found the time to hang them up yesterday. The detail in the posters in impeccable, you can literally stare at them for a full half hour trying to find familiar places and look at all the things going on in the pixel art. I’m definitely  a fan of the eBoy series.
